FLAVORS OF AMERICAS gave various activities, talks on methods of early detection of breast cancer and coffee breaks for the employees of the different sectors of the company, for Pink October.

Based on this, FLAVORS OF AMERICAS seeks to implement improvements in the work methodology, which allow obtaining higher levels of productivity and optimization of the quality of services, using the least number of resources.
With the aim of improving the production and quality processes in the factory, Flavors of Americas (FOA) developed a Kaizen Workshop, which consists of the implementation of 5 steps to achieve what was proposed. This is a Japanese method that has already been applied in several companies worldwide and has produced results that benefit these companies, according to the manager of the Flavors Plant, engineer Marcelo Peña.
Innovating and offering the public products in optimal condition is one of the main characteristics of Flavors of Americas. For this reason, Zomo was renewed and now has a quality process and raw material developed exclusively in the United States, which guarantee an even more satisfactory result for the consumer.
